Animal Shelters

Animal Shelters limits the admission of animals and guarantees their adoption.  We are committed to finding permanent homes for all of the dogs and cats we take in.  We also promote responsible pet ownership through spay and neuter programs.

Our Animal Shelter Services include:

  • Provides lost and found service
  • Takes in stray and owner released dogs and cats
  • Adopts out dogs and cats to new homes
  • Enforces all state and county dog laws
  • Sells dog licenses
  • Provides shelter for dogs and cats under quarantine

Shelter, food, veterinary care  and lots of tender loving care is given to each dog and cat while they are waiting for their permanent home, regardless of the length of time it takes.

We offer programs and services to educate, inform and inspire people to take responsible care of their pets and treat animals with the kindness they deserve.

Our shop offers a wide variety of competitively priced supplies for pets as well as lots of toys and treasures for your new family member.  All of the money raised in our store is used to take care of our animals.

All of the animals who pass through our doors are cared for in the most appropriate way possible.  They are loved and tended to, kept clean, well fed and dry.

We never turn an animal away and carefully consider the needs of each animal.

Animals that are considered to be adoptable are rescued and rehabilitated Any pet that is not adoptable lives with us for the rest of their lives in a safe, healthy, loving environment.

We begin our search for the perfect home for each animal the moment they arrive.  As long as they are in our care, they are treated with love and kindness.

Each of the pets are inoculated, wormed, and spayed or neutered at the appropriate age as well as properly groomed and some obedience training to make sure that they will fit in with the family they are going to live with.
