Our Cardiovascular Training Center is absolutely state-of-the-art. Cardio Work Out. We have endless equipment’s available for you to change your workout routine daily.
All of the cardio workout machines are equipped with your very own personal TV allowing you to watch your favorite program while you exercise. You may also choose to listen to our digital music selections. It’s all right here for your enjoyment while you strengthen your heart and lungs while having fun the whole time!

Combine energizing music with unique workout classes and you get a great fitness workout with powerful results. Cycling exercise classes can strengthen the heart and lungs, burn calories, lower total cholesterol, decrease stress, reduce the risk of some diseases and improve your quality of life.
We offer high intensity class, combining the speed and cardio from Kickboxing, strengthening and toning, from weight lifting and adding a little yoga, this class is high octane and very dynamic.
You will receive a highly customized, physician-directed plan involving three key types of exercise:
- Cardiovascular (Aerobic)
- Strength Training, and
- Flexibility
Each morning, you meet with your exercise physiologist in a small-group environment for closely monitored aerobic exercise, followed by a cool down with gentle stretching. Every other morning, you also attend a strength training class. On alternating days, you’re in core and stretch class.
The weights and cardio rooms can be accessed any time. To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable atmosphere, please be courteous and respectful of others.
