Our services are provided as individual Counseling, couple and/or family Counseling, workshops and group programs.

Our programs are designed to serve the requirements of adults age 18 and older who are living with severe and enduring mental health conditions. Our Mental health services for adults include:

  • Assessment, stabilization and triage services for clients experiencing several mental illness
  • Consultation to skilled nursing facilities
  • Medication support/Housing assistance
  • Facility based extended treatment
  • Patient rights advocacy
  • Support and advocacy for family members of clients
  • Referrals for non emergency outpatient treatment
  • Transition Age Youth services
  • Specialty services for clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders

We work hard to provide the optimum physical, intellectual, social and emotional well-being of adults and aging adults who are living with serious mental illness. We offer inpatient, outpatient, acute care services, sub-acute care, and residential care through a variety of county operated and contracted providers.

Frequently, adults who live with serious and persistent mental disorder may also have a substance abuse disorder. This may impair their ability to function well in their communities.
