“Brewery“was born to provide the thriving community with a great bright beer. We have worked hard for many years to develop our own, local brewery. We’ve experimented regularly with fruits, spices and herbs to create our fresh and unique beers.
Using the co-operative model will help us develop great relationships with our members and customers and give them the ability to help decide what beers we will serve.
Our beer has a combination of two row pale, caramel, Munich malts and roasted barley, to create the complex malt character that is balanced with a slight bitter taste that is derived from several additions of Cascade and Willamette hops.
We brew our beer in small batches to ensure that the beer is fresh. It also allows us to create a variety of luscious colors and flavors that we’ve become well known for.
The “Brewery“, offers full bodied beer to the local market, people, seeking a smaller and more hospitable atmosphere to relax and enjoy meeting and talking with their friends and neighbors while sipping our oh, so wonderful beer. Our mission is to create the best possible brews for our patrons to enjoy. We are committed to making great bold beers. Every beer is brewed with love and passion to ultimately create a work of art in every glass.
