Our BeersAt “Brewery” we believe that the very best ingredients are necessary in order to brew the very best beer.

Melding European ingredients and traditions with American creativity, our beers feature the finest ingredients to achieve their exciting flavors. We believe that the very best ingredients are necessary in order to brew the very best beer.

We use only the finest, all natural ingredients, grains, and hops. We don’t filter or pasteurize. We have the largest selection from many breweries around the world.

  • Ale
  • Lager
  • Malt
  • Stout

Our first and only mission statement is “to expand the craft beer scene” and make no mistake, we are dedicated to rounding up the best beers and bringing them all together at the festival.

Ales are usually darker than are lagers and range from a rich gold to a reddish amber color. Top fermenting and adding more hops in the wort gives these beers a distinctive fruitfulness, acidity and pleasantly bitter seasoning. Ales are more assertive, with an individual personality than lager, though the alcohol content is the same.

A lager, which ranges from sweet to bitter and pale to black, is usually used to describe beer that is bottom fermented of Dutch, German and Czech styles. Most, however, are a pale to medium color, with high carbonation and a medium to high hop flavor.

Malt beers are usually dark and sweeter in flavor and contain a hint of caramel, toffee, and nuts. They can be light to full bodied.

Stout, features a rich, creamy head and is flavored and colored by barley and is not as sweet. Stouts often use a portion of unmalted roasted barley to develop a dark, slightly astringent, coffee like character.

The character of a beer may be defined by its style. Below are some of the many different styles of beer we stock:

* Amber/Blonde/Brown

* Cream/Dark/Fruit

* Golden/Honey/Indian Pale Ale

* Light/Lime/Pale

* Pilsner/Red/Strong/Wheat

We also take special orders and work hard to find the beer you are looking for. We have largest selection of beers including selections of spring and summer seasonal brews.

Our beer is never pasteurized or filtered, conditioned naturally. We know that enjoying our small batch brews is almost a spiritual experience.
